Es sind wieder einige Tage vergangen seit dem letzten Eintrag. Es wird höchste Zeit, dass ich mich melde. Hallöchen ihr Lieben! Schön, dass ihr wieder da seid ♥

Wer meinen letzten Post gelesen hat, weiß, dass wir in Trier waren. Es war ein wunderschöner Tag! Viel gesehen und erfahren, so wie es sich für ein Städtetrip gehört. Wir hatten auch viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Halbbewölkter Himmel, angenehme Temperatur, bisschen Sonne zwischen den Wolken – nur der Wind war hier und da bisschen extrem. Aber das hat uns weniger gestört. Über den Tag und die Stadt selbst kommt demnächst noch ein separater Beitrag.

Heute geht es mal wieder um meine Gläser-Liebe! Wie ihr schon vor einigen Posts in  Origami: Gläser verschönern erfahren habt, sammel ich Gläser in allen Größen, Formen und Farben. Inzwischen leidet nicht nur mein Liebster darunter, sondern auch meine geliebte Mama. Die ist schon leicht genervt davon, weil sich bei ihr immer größere Berge an Gläsern antürmen. Aber trotzdem bewahrt sie alle brav für mich auf und ermöglicht mir dadurch, solche tollen DIY zu erschaffen.

Ich gebe zu, dass was ich mit der Heißklebepistole draufgeschrieben und gezeichnet habe, sieht jetzt nicht sooo professionell aus. Kindergarten trifft es ganz gut. Aber ich rede es mir schön: Es ist einzigartig und hat Charakter! Haha 😀 Und inzwischen hat mein Perfektionismus sich dieser Aussage gebeugt.
Für alle, die trotzdem damit nicht leben können, übt vielleicht vorher mit der Heißklebepistole zu schreiben und zu zeichnen – auf einem Stück Pappe oder so. Dann sieht das bei euch bestimmt viel hübscher aus als bei mir. Notfalls lasst es komplett trocknen und reißt die Schrift ab. Das geht auch. Und nun lasst uns beginnen!

Du brauchst:
Heißklebepistole
Gläser
Acrylfarbe
Pinsel
Behälter für Farbe
Tesafilm
Zeitung

Acrylgläser mit Heißklebepistole-Schrift 1 Acrylgläser mit Heißklebepistole-Schrift 2

    • mit der Heißklebepistole gewünschtes Motiv auf Glas schreiben/malen und trocknen lassen
    • mit Tesa den Rand oben abkleben, damit ihr später eine schöne saubere Kante bekommt

    • Farbton im Behälter anmischen (falls nötig)
      • macht lieber bisschen mehr Farbe als zu wenig
    • Farbe ins Glas laufen lassen und durch Schwenkbewegung gleichmäßig verteilen

    • wenn die Farbe gleichmäßig verteilt ist, stellt es auf Zeitungspapier, damit die überschüssige Farbe rauslaufen kann
    • nach einiger Zeit könnt ihr das Glas umdrehen, damit zum Trocknen Luft von außen rankommt
      • ca. 3-4 Tage Trockenzeit

Finished! Nach paar Tagen Geduld könnt ihr die Gläser einsetzen. Wer möchte, kann sie noch mit Bändchen oder weiteren Sachen verzieren.
Abgesehen davon, dass mit Heißeklebepistole etwas zu kritzeln sich schwieriger herausstellte als gedacht, bin ich ganz zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. So dass ich den folgenden Satz meiner Mutter gerne ertrage: „Rosemarie, muss das wirklich sein? Wollen wir die nicht lieber wegschmeißen? Daraus kannst du doch gar nichts Schönes und Praktisches machen.“ Und siehe da: Ich finde sie wohl hübsch und praktisch. Und sie inzwischen auch! Hihi.
So haben jetzt auch meine neugekauften Pinsel ihren Platz gefunden. Wir waren vor paar Wochen bei IKEA, eigentlich, um ganz andere Dinge für die Wohnung zu kaufen. Aber kennt ihr das: Ihr geht aus diesem Schwedischen Möbelladen raus und da liegt auf einmal ganz viel Krimskrams im Wagen. Das ist der Moment, wo der Freund einen immer vorwurfsvoll anschaut und mit seinem Blick sagt: „Schatz, ist das dein Ernst? Brauchen wir das wirklich?“ Zu meiner Verteidigung: Mit der Zeit finde ich wirklich für alle Sachen Verwendung, nur vielleicht nicht gleich sofort. Hihi.

Verwendet ihr auch Gläser noch einmal oder landen sie bei euch im Glascontainer? Habt ihr ebenfalls eine Sammelleidenschaft für bestimmte Dinge?

    ich finde deine Gläser wunderschön! Mir gefällt es sehr gut, dass du mehrere Gläser nebeneinander stellst und jedes Glas ein eigenes Motiv und eine eigene Farbe hat. Auf einem Fensterbrett würde das bestimmt auch sehr schön aussehen!
    Ich habe schon einmal mit Klebepistole gearbeitet und das war wirklich nicht einfach! Man muss sich sehr konzentrieren, damit nichts schief läuft. Ich finde, du hast das sehr gut hinbekommen mit der Klebepistole!

    Also jetzt mal ehrlich: Ich finde, Du hast das supergut mit der Schrift hinbekommen. Vor allem das „Joy“ und das „Love“ sehen richtig klasse aus – da hätte ich Dir auch geglaubt, dass sie gekauft sind.
    Und das Ikea-Problem kennt wohl so ziemlich jedes Mädel. Der Herzmann schaut auch immer nur mit nach oben gewölbter Augenbraue in den Wagen und richtet dann ein „Ernsthaft jetzt?“ an mich. Irgendwie wird der es auch nie nachvollziehen können, dass irgendwann der Tag da sein wird, an dem er noch dankbar sein wird für zighunderte Teelichter!

  5. Ich liebe Acrylfarbe. Die ist bei mir deshalb auch ständig leer, weil ich die andauernd benutze um alte Gläschen und Dekoartikel umzugestalten. Die Acrylgläser gefallen mir deshalb auch richtig gut. Finde die Farbauswahl auch klasse!
