Habt ihr früher als Kinder – sei es im Kindergarten, Schule oder daheim – auch mal aus Kartoffeln Stempel hergestellt? Letztens dachte ich mir, wie genial das ist! Man schnitzte verschiedene Motive rein und brauchte keinen Stempelkissen, wo man nur 3 Farben zur Auswahl hat. Sondern konnte auf den gesamten Wasserfarbkasten zurückgreifen, der ja mindestens 12 Farben bietet und wenn man noch mischt, gefühlte unendlich. Das Problem ist nur, dass dieses eben genannte Gemüse nicht für ewig hält.
Also muss eine Alternative her. Ich schaute mich um, was ich so rumliegen habe und entdeckte einen Haufen voller Korken. Von der Form her, ähnelten sie echten Stempeln – die Halter hatte ich somit schon einmal gefunden. Meine erste Überlegung war, mein gewünschtes Motiv reinzuschnitzen und probierte es auf der Stelle aus. Das Ergebnis war zwar in Ordnung, aber ich dachte, es müsste doch noch leichter gehen. Denn bei Details bzw. Rundungen wurde es doch etwas schwierig und die Meisterin im Schnitzen bin ich jetzt auch nicht. Pinterest gab mir dann die Lösung: Moosgummi! Und los ging die Bastelei.
Du brauchst:
Moosgummi
gewünschte Schablonen/Motive (hier eine kleine Auswahl)
Bleistift
Korken
Schere (evt. Cutter)
Heißklebepistole (Flüssigkleber)
Papier
Farbasten+Pinsel

- zunächst habe ich mir kleine Schablonen erstellt, die auf Moosgummi übertragen und ausgeschnitten
- bei kleinen Ecken kann ein Cutter hilfreich sein
- die kleinen Moosgummi-Motive auf Korken mit Heißklebepistole befestigen

- und schon habt ihr eure individuellen Stempel
Eins müsst ihr noch beachten: Die Farbe sollte nur mit ganz wenig Wasser angerührt werden, lieber zu wenig als zu viel Flüssigkeit. Ihr werdet es merken, wenn da zuviel Wasser dran ist, sieht das Gestempelte nach nichts aus. Falls das Ganze doch etwas zu feucht geraten ist, könnt ihr auch einfach den Stempel hinstellen und etwas Warten bis die Farbe etwas angetrocknet ist. Probiert einfach ein paar Mal rum bis ihr den Dreh raushabt.
Ich habe jetzt ein ganzes Dutzend von diesen Korken-Stempel hergestellt und es werden bestimmt noch einige hinzukommen. Die sind einfach praktisch, wenn man zum Beispiel Karten, Briefe, Kartons oder Geschenkpapier verschönern möchte und sie sind so schnell gemacht. Außerdem viiiel günstiger als im Laden – allein für ein Stempelkissen zahlt man schon um die 5 Euro.
Jetzt bleibt mir nur noch zu sagen: Auf die Stempel, fertig los!
